I recently e-mailed Spark Unlimited at [email protected] questioning their involvement with Star Wars: Battlefront III. Here is their response:
"Hi Travis,
I always enjoying hearing from ardent fans. Unfortunately, all I can do is answer with a canned response:
We are the solely the developer of games. The publisher is the owner of said properties. All announcements, information and/or materials must come from or coordinated through the publisher.
At this time, we are prohibited from talking about who we are working with or working on either through affirmation or processes of elimination. So, I can neither confirm nor deny what we are working on. If you want word on Battlefront, then it must come from LucasArts.
Thanks for inquiring. Sorry we can't divulge nor hint at what is going on here.
Regards, John"
Now think what you want but to me this sounds like they're obviously the developer. Although they still won't confirm it, they don't deny it either. What do you guys think?

He probably saved this text so he doesn't have to write it a million times.

*sigh*. As stated by Spark and many other video game companies around the world, NDAs restrict developers from revealing what they are working on.General Fredburger wrote:I recently e-mailed Spark Unlimited at [email protected] questioning their involvement with Star Wars: Battlefront III.
That same question has already been asked before and Spark neither confirmed nor denied their involvement with Battlefront 3.
It's an unnecessary question imo.

Well what is there response in questioning about involved with 'other' games, if it is the same, this evidence would not proove anything, if they denied working on another game for an example, it would clearly point a response like you have shown is strong evidence in trying to dismiss something, but not lie at same time.
I also like way he abbreviates it as 'Battlefront', like a true in the know.

Is it worth to tell him who their publisher is?

This is why it is in development. He said if you want word on BF ask La. Not Ive heard nothing about BF3.
Yea I got that exact same response one time, but I have a POST where I got the person to spill just a little bit of information but also very useful information. http://www.battlefront3.net/forums/view ... ?f=7&t=527
Hope Rises, So Trust in the Force. Battlefront WILL RETURN!
