Yes, but that isn't too hard, considering a lot of games don't have difficulties. Legitimately, I've beaten outcast twice on hardest, BF2 on elite ( not saying much ), BF1 on hard, Fallout 3 on very hard, et cetera. I haven't really ran into a really hard game recently.
