Alright, This is a pretty simple Idea that I thought up; basically when a Galactic Conquest map starts you are asked to select a hero. There's no cost for him/her, and that hero will give your faction a permanent bonus. If you buy the Leader bonus, the hero you picked is the one that will join the battle, regardless of the map. Once the hero is picked, you cannot change it

Anyway. here's the basics of the ideas:

EMPIRE
Darth Vader - The Empire starts all ground battles with control of 1 extra command post
Emperor Palpatine - Increased reinforcement points upon the start of a battle
Grand Admiral Thrawn - Hitpoints for all capitol ship hardpoints increased by 20%
General Veers - All ground vehicles receive a boost in firepower

REBELS
Luke Skywalker - All rebel fighters and capitol ships receive shield boosts
Han Solo - Cost of all bonuses lowered
Princess Leia - Planets under your control generate more resources
Chewbacca - All vehicles receive a boost in hitpoints

REPUBLIC
Obi-Wan Kenobi - The Leader bonus is always available at no cost
Anakin Skywalker - All aircraft receive an attack bonus
Yoda - AI Jedi will assist ground forces
Padme Amidala - Planetary bonuses more effective

CIS
Count Dooku - Friendly Command posts take longer to capture
General Greivous - Cost of fleets and unit classes lowered
Jango Fett - Bonus for capturing planets increased
Asajj Ventress - Speed of all units and vehicles increased

I hope they add more commanders from the old republic era like in KOTOR.

I'd change the hilt colour (as yellow is hard to see) but other than that it's cool
