It's kinda stupid when the first thing you see is a Feedback system. Most forums have it at the bottom of the page. It's more nicer. I do not like having to go to the Board Index finding out that the first thing I'll see is "Feedback"-Tell us how crappy this website is".
Create a new thread for feedback, at the bottom of the page. Keep the announcement thread.

This website isn't crappy. But it shouldn't be.
