I could care less if they're running it on a GTX880 if it's no fun. Until I see interesting gameplay I don't care.

The "interesting gameplay" may be directly connected with the protagonist, which they still have to reveal.Scott wrote:I could care less if they're running it on a GTX880 if it's no fun. Until I see interesting gameplay I don't care.
A famous gaming magazine here in Germany has a 3 pages special just for 1313 in their current issue, which says:
In the article, a journalist asked whether you will be able to fly a jetpack or use a flamethrower to flambé enemies.
Was, warum, weshalb?
Dominic Robilliard (creative director at lucasarts) answered - with a smile! - "Unfortunately, I can't confirm that. Our hero's identity is heavily connected with his weapons and technical gadgets. But you're damn close."
Boba Fett?

Honestly, if LucasArts just flat out ignored the prequels and made this guy a new, younger Boba Fett, that'd be pretty friggen awesome.
But I seriously doubt they've got any sort of creativity left to even try that sort of thing.
Maybe I'm judging the game too early, but the trailers really didn't show us anything besides pretty graphics. What gameplay there was just looked like typical cover-shooting and some Uncharted-style platforming. While it might not be bad functionally, it just doesn't really seem that interesting.

My thoughts exactly.Kelevra wrote:Honestly, if LucasArts just flat out ignored the prequels and made this guy a new, younger Boba Fett, that'd be pretty friggen awesome.
