I was just searching around on the E3 Showfloor application you can access here: http://www.mapyourshow.com/shows/index.cfm?Show_ID=E312 - Under search products) and I found something a tad bit interesting...

We all know Rebellion was rumored to have Battlefront 3 in their grasp, but we never really got confirmation they weren't making it. If you look closely, Rebellion Studios is at E3, along with LucasArts. LucasArts AND Rebellion Studios BOTH have an Action - Adventure Game for the Xbox 360 / PS3 being shown.

Rebellion was rumored a while back ago to be making BF3, could this be it? LucasArts is uncovering the project tonight on Spike, we'll see. Maybe they want to keep people confused until the moment of impact?

I believe Rebellion stated a while back that they weren't making any Star Wars games.

Action/Adventure is a very broad genre, and the PS3/360 are pretty much a given for any non-exclusive game.

Honestly, I don't care what it is. I just want a Star Wars shooter with a decent multiplayer. Is that too much to ask?

I just want a Star Wars shooter with a decent multiplayer.

According to LucasArts everybody wanted Star Wars Kinect instead.

Somebody really needs to get rid of that Paul Meegan guy...Before he ruins the reputation of the company and everyone who worked there...Wait, he already did that! Sorry.

Wasn't all Meegan. The previous CEO, Darrell Rodriguez, is the one who had the plug pulled on the Battlefront series.

Star Wars Kinect and TOR were the two last projects started under Rodriguez, finished by Megaan.
The announced Star Wars 1313 is the first project he's fully involved. So please judge him after the first gameplay will be showed at E3 - when we see what they are aiming at.

Well I still see Rebellion is coming to E3. Even though SW 1313 is announced. We don't know the developer and it could very well be Rebellion or not. Technically their titles for this year have all been released so if they do have any type of new project it will be debuting at E3 or at least I hope. There is a potential for something awesome to be revealed. We just don't know yet. Just give it a few days.

I do like that SW 1313 is a title that doesn't revolve around force powers. Could be nice title to hold us over for a next generation Battlefront title right?

The developer is LucasArts themselves. All future Star Wars games will only be made by them, so now it's pointless speculating on other developers, just as we did with Spark.
