Even if he does not directly write the scripts, George Lucas is heavily involved with the production process, and entire episodes would not even exist if it wasn't for his influence and suggestions.Chaos wrote:But George Lucas wrote all six movies, (plus three more), as Star Wars. Incorrect. He wrote the prequels. Which is why they suck ass. The films of the original trilogy were largely a collaborative effort with numerous changes made to Lucas' original drafts, and input from other individuals (Especially Gary Kurtz, and Irvin Kershner, rest his soul). These changes were a direct cause of the success of the original films. When Lucas no longer had this influence, his quality started to slip (see: Return of the Jedi, largely regarded to be the worst of the original trilogy. That was all George.)But George Lucas wrote all six movies

but to appease the younger audience
Which is why the little kids these days are so violent.Kelevra wrote:but to appease the younger audience
One of (quite a few) people being impaled through the back and slowly dying
Geonosions being burned to death (complete with agonizing screaming!) by a flamethrower
Four men being simultaneously decapitated. Men that earlier in the episode burned down a village and murdered its inhabitants. On screen.
Yeah, that's totally for little kids. One of said village's inhabitants being stabbed to death in front of her father.
...They are? I haven't met any kids that are any more 'violent' today then they were 10 or so years ago when there were equally, if not more violent things on TV and in videogames.Which is why the little kids these days are so violent.
We are moving off topic... I said "so violent", not "more violent".Kelevra wrote:...They are? people hate the prequels because episode 1 was terrible and everyone says Jar Jar ruined it, but Jar Jar is suppose to be in the movie to serve the comedic version just like the OT C3P-0 was the comedic version in it why dont people understand thatDarth Nefarius wrote:Not to be rude but A LOT of people, not just those in this forum, need to get over the "terrrrrrible" prequel trilogy..sure they werent as good as the OT and yea they cudve been a lot better but theyre not as terrible as everyone makes them out to be...they served as decent precursors to the original films and as long as u can swallow ur pride, accept some of the bad acting, and just focus on the story theyre trying to tell then im sure we can all enjoy the prequel trilogy for wut they were intended to be..
Now for the clone wars..
Ive said it once and i will say it 1000x...the clone wars is NOT Star Wars...in NO way, shape, or form...if u think the clone wars is Star Wars, then it is clear that u have absolutely NO IDEA wut Star Wars actually is lol.
My sincerest apologies to anyone who may hav bin offended over wut i said but i only speak the truth..clone wars is crap and a mockery and anyone who supports it can never be a true Star Wars fan in my opinion.
Because Jar Jar wasn't funny. At all.people hate the prequels because episode 1 was terrible and everyone says Jar Jar ruined it, but Jar Jar is suppose to be in the movie to serve the comedic version just like the OT C3P-0 was the comedic version in it why dont people understand that
