Good job, some additional hope.

Cool cool cool.
Lost Planet was my second guess, but I couldn't figure how there'd be enough sword play to mention it.
Sooooooo glad to hear this!

If there's going to be anymore calling, please record them because, although I trust you, it'd be out of this galaxy to hear that conversation. Good job!
Yup. I will call again tomorrow and record the call. Hopefully I can get the same lady

If you do, you have to inform her that you are recording the call. It's against the law in California not to.Gfunkymonkey wrote:Yup. I will call again tomorrow and record the call. Hopefully I can get the same lady

Just as a precaution for you and everyone else.
By the way, did you tell her your name?
I only told her my first name. Why do you ask?RogueStarkiller wrote:If you do, you have to inform her that you are recording the call. It's against the law in California not to.Gfunkymonkey wrote:Yup. I will call again tomorrow and record the call. Hopefully I can get the same lady

So, if we tried recording the call and was legal about it, do you think we would get the same results?

I ask in case I call and I have to reference you. Do you remember her name?
She did not give me a name. But chances are that she will answer the line, real soothing voice but sounds automated.
BTW my first name is Garrett.

We might and might not get the same results, it depends on the person, or maybe LucasArts is against the policy of recording calls.

I called and got a younger sounding guy (20's-30's) and asked him about Battlefront 3 and he said he didn't know what the project was, but that something was in development. This is not news since we know LucasArts has several projects right now. He also added that a lot of the employees there would also like to know what's going on.
That was the extent of the conversation.

New info or not, you guys should start recording them. It'd be very nice to hear and confirm stories and get to use the SoundCloud BBC (RogueStarkiller wrote:I called and got a younger sounding guy (20's-30's) and asked him about Battlefront 3 and he said he didn't know what the project was, but that something was in development. Action Adventure is just a general label that devs and publishers slap onto games. Don't read too far into it.SleepKiller wrote:Great find. Now I hope that Spark isn't making it! (Come on do you really want a SWBFIII with Action/Adventure gameplay?)
It sounds like they don't know much about it. You think that if it was being developed in-house, that employees would know about a lot about it... meaning the game is being developed outside of lucasarts, I don't know about you guys but it sure sounds like Spark is the developer pretty much 100% now. Let me know what you guys think.RogueStarkiller wrote:I called and got a younger sounding guy (20's-30's) and asked him about Battlefront 3 and he said he didn't know what the project was, but that something was in development. this is a good theory if the lucasarts employees dont know much about it it means its not being developed in house which makes spark likely due to the similar job postings awhile back plus all the hints they are giving us... At this rate it will be at e3. maybe released december or spring next year thats my predictionGfunkymonkey wrote:It sounds like they don't know much about it.
