This may be nothing at all, but it has to do with videogame voice acting so I thought I'd share.

I was checking twitter for Spark updates and I just so happen to follow the comedian John Leguizamo(really funny guy). Well, as you may know, he's the voice of Sid the Sloth from the Ice Age movies. He posted a picture of himself from today recording the voice work for the video game version of the new movie that comes out in July. Since it's basically March and that game comes out in July, that's about 4-5 months from voice work to game release.

Now we all know Spark Unlimited just had their sound booth installed so voice work for their game could begin shortly. This doesn't necessarily mean anything since the publisher could withhold a complete game for several months to release it at an opportune time of year, maybe even months after completion, but at least it could hint at how long before Spark is finished with their game.

Way to string that togeather man! at least we have some sort of a window, and considering its a battlefront game, the about of voice acting is probs gana be low. either way this is great news! good work!

As a follow-up, Spark had tweeted recently that their new sound booth is done and would be ready for the new game, i.e. their second project to begin using it. This could mean that all voice work has been completed for their first unannounced game which we all hope is Battlefront 3. This also follows in line with their other tweet about them having to show "great reserve" at the GDC(Game Developer's Conference) coming up. This strongly hints that their project could be in the finishing touches stage of production and almost complete.
