I read the first post and it seems he's quitting. He said he's releasing a pre-alpha (or beta, can't really decode some of his English) demo and that's it.
Neat idea, but for one guy to do anything close to a TPS that's moderately built is insane.

Yes, after the demo release, he aborted the project, for 2 reasons. 1 he want's to find a stable job. and 2, he thinks the Real Battlefront 3 will be announced this year.

I saw some pre-alpha footage on youtube; gotta admit its pretty good. Heard at E3 2012 Lucas Arts will be annoucing 2 games. 1 MMO something and a Action/adventure. I think the developer is contributing with gloomwalkers to develop a fan made SWBF3.
