Re: Battlefront III is still on!
Of all the things developers can learn from Spark's PR (there's a lot), the most relevant/most important (to us) I think would be: Just because you might be making our game doesn't mean you're making friends.
Lie or deny. At least, don't waste my time.

Re: GDC 2012/Spark Twitter: more evidence
A person can only lie so well, and coincidence can only associate with human behavior so long. One must conclude the underlying truth about Spark Unlimited is: they're making a Star Wars game.

Re: Interesting response about voice over actors...
Whether they (PR guy) are toying or telling, it's unprofessional at this point. There's an audience of, at most, twice their followers. They've already tugged our chain, or thrown us a bone, or both. Until there's significantly more attention, a "high profile" game developer has nothing else to say ...

Re: Crytek Audio Director
It's cool to know Free Radical was planning Battlefront 4 (enough to make it on a resume).
CryENGINE and StarWars games (especially Battlefront) seem destined for each other, just as I believe Bethesda and a Star Trek RPG are a match. If Spark doesn't poop out our game, my new hope will be: as ...

Re: Spark Employee wearing Stormtrooper (or Clone) T-shirt?
I'm sorry, I didn't think this was necessary:
IMO
To my eyes, it's definitely a stormtrooper (white full body armor, distinctive pauldrons), and I believe this crosses the line between teasing (which John's done plenty of) and hinting. It's enough to bet on (not all in, of course).

That Spark guy may be a tease, but this is definitive proof they're making a Star Wars game, and I think we should pat ourselves on the back for getting this far.

Re: Why I believe Spark has Battlefront 3
If they are the developer, I wouldn't expect him to use the word "Battlefront" in any context, for fear of violating the NDA. Also, he says "...we can't divulge nor hint at what's going on here." If the title is BFIII, then he overstepped hinting (by strides) in the body of his message.

Re: Yes Battlefront III is coming. Details*
I'm really doubtful of Spark Unlimited, although their name couldn't be more appropriate for a game featuring Siths.
1. I don't believe they're a AAA-quality studio.
2. They are still hiring for their next project, so they can't release on March 8th.
3. In a July 16th article on this site, they ...

Will you elaborate on how you received this information (how were you told, and what exactly was said?), please?
If either of your statements are true—well—these are very exciting times (yeah, that's a Matrix line).
