Since this Forum seems to be pretty slow the get new post very often, I thought it needed this thread.

in a nut shell: You want to talk about something, and you don't want to make a whole new thread. Post it here. The topic can range from nothing, to just about everything (so long as it follows forum rules) under (and above) the sun.

I have been a member of another forum for several years that get about as much (if not less) user traffic as this forum. There were weeks with more spam-bot posts that user posts. They have a thread like this one, and it is the one place people still post, when they do post.

So, until this site gets A lot more user activity on the forums, this thread might be very helpful.

While this is a good Idea, I don't see us using it very often, mainly because we have the chat box on the forum index page. That essentially serves as this topic, but I may be wrong.

You're right.

In the chat topics probably Don't last very long until someone else changes the topic. This thread would allow someone who can't stay online very long but still wants to discuss something, to talk about what they want. Thread can allow topics that come up to last longer than a chat can.

Also, I didn't see that chat when I first posted this. I did see later though.

Ya, we're all pretty silent unless something moves us to bring it to an actual thread. You'd be surprised how many people come on here and don't post that much. It's just the type of people that are attracted to the site I guess.

Anyway, the thread can continue, I have no objections.

Yeah, so I've decided you're right. You won't this use this thread because you don't care about this thread. So why use it?
