This is a game that popped up on my radar about a year ago. Its set in the same universe as EVE and is a MMO FPS type thing that directly interacts with the players on EVE (the FPS lot are mercenaries that EVE players can hire and deploy to take planets etc).

I did a bit of digging and it seems that CCP (company thats making it) wants to end up with the players on DUST being able to board enemy ships/stations etc. Which would be awesome. Imagine a large scale space battle where players control everything from ship movements and targets to individual troops boarding ships...

That sounds awesome. I completely missed the actual purpose of cross platform play.

This looks somewhat cool... I will keep an eye on it as it's release gets closer
