Hey everybody! This is Chris Neal, the writer of the Save Battlefront 3 petition linked on the home page. A brief history of me: Been a gamer since I was about 9, some of my favorite games are Mario 2 &3, Super Metroid, Mario Kart, GoldenEye, Perfect Dark, Mario Kart 64, the Halo series, GTA series, RedDead, and of course Star Wars Battlefront.

I'm a Battlefront 1 guy from the very beginning and it's the reason I bought an Xbox in the first place. I played with the BattlefrontGang and was in some of their tournaments. Battlefront 2 was ok for me, but I prefer 1 and I'll tell you why: They took away the option of auto-aim completely, and everyone resorted to using mines and rockets. It made the soldier class useless and I lost interest. Also, the jedi controls were a little wonky.

Anywho, naturally after seeing the leaked footage I became crazy and desired Battlefront 3 more than is humanly healthy. So I wrote the petition.

Now I'm recovering, doing good, no more driving slowly past GameStop at 12am, , and I'm waiting for BF3.

Also, I'm still down for playing Battlefront over Xbox Connect if anybody wants to play.

Nice to meet you too! I'm afraid at the time I wrote it was a time where a lot of information was still coming in so much of what I wrote is out of date. The sentiment remains the same and I do appreciate the link on this site. Afterall, what better way to get the word out since typing in 'battlefront 3' in Google has this site listed #1.

As a side note, and this is just a personal request, is it possible to move the petition link closer to the top of the home page? I just thought it would bring more signatures that way.

Thanks! I was perusing the signatures on the petition about a month ago and came across one that was from some guy, Dan Kreetos, or something to that effect that said he worked for LucasArts. I sent him an email but never heard back. Wonder if it was true...
