Well its confirmed LA is at E3 this year VIA the E3 website heres the link
http://www.e3expo.com/show-info/641/exhibitor-list/
It is Interesting to note Bioware is not present. However Crytek is as well as Rebellion which has worked on 2 Battlefront games.
What may be likely thougth is they may be showing off the kinect starwars game....(really whats the point a Move starwars game would be better then i would have to pertend i had a ligthsaber in my hand

)
But here are some screen shots The first shows Lucasarts is attending the second shows Crytek is attending and the final shows a lack of Bioware(as of this point) attending

You can pretend if you want but you can always use a toy light saber than an ice-cream cone.
Note that Crytek and Crytek UK (formerly Free Radical) are two different developers. So if one of them are making BF3 it would most likely be Crytek UK but they are not attending the expo.

True it will be very disapointing if i find out the only reason Lucasarts is at E3 is to promote the Kinect
Its Also interesting to Note Lucasarts is not a First look Exihibitor

Usually L.A's developers don't attend the expo which Bioware in this case isn't. However Bioware's game The Old Republic was announced a while back so its pretty pointless they need to attend the expo.
What's first look?

BioWare will be there. Either with EA or in some capacity. They have ME3 and ToR (depending if its released by then). They can't not show up.

Well, if they cannot show up then Spark will still attend even though they are at comic-con. That's why they can't tell you what the timer is for.

The whole "First Look" thing is pretty much what we see on TV. The bunch of announcements and trailers that take place at the very beginning of the event, basically before the showroom floor events even start. It's basically when the topdogs of the industry get to show off (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, EA, Ubisoft, etc, etc.)
IE, the only part of E3 people actually watch. At least that's what I've gathered from looking up the terms. It may mean something different now.
