Spark's new game wont be announced at PAX, if the following email has to be believed.

Hi Rob,

As solely a developer, Spark has rarely had a presence at tradeshows except for recruiting efforts. I do not know of a recruiting booth scheduled for PAX this year. Although it looks like we won’t have an official presence at this point, I am sure there will be executives and managers from the company attending the show. If we will have an official presence at the show, I am sure it will be noted on our website.

Not much is announced at PAX by Spark or anyone.

Plus it's not Spark who'll be announcing it, it's LucasArts.
