I work at gamestop, we are to begin excepting BFIII pre-orders the 14th, which is soon after the VGA awards. Yes it will be announced im guessing, why would they let us start excepting pre-orders for a non displayed game? So yeah. The official release date of the game is March 8, 2011. Just signed up to tell you guys. Your welcome.

You work at GameStop and have BFIII news. Normally, this would be great! But we get GS people all the time knowing nothing (no offence).

VGA awards announcement. Again, a bit skeptical considering we've been told this for a while.

Questioning GS is not important to the legitimacy, just something that everyone does.

Finding official dates has also been a promise broken many times for BFIII.

Hi. This is my first post here. I've been following the articles on this site for a long time and have felt constant disappointment along with my fellow Star Wars fans. I do, however, have but a shred of hope for the VGA.

I have to ask an obvious question, though, because my time waiting has brought out the skeptic in me...

Could we confirm these are two different people? I have a sneaking suspicion that it's a little too convenient. It's nothing personal, really, I'm just very weary of trolls and other unreliable/useless sources.

i was put in the same position actualy i know i seem suspicios but i looked at it and its probubly not the cast the satrted looking for poeple to hire monday so not vga's for this desiner so maby someone else

Does lucas arts even have the incentive to push out a sequel to battlefront 2 anymore? Seeing as though The Force Unleashed franchise has beaten the battlefront franchise in sales.

im preaty sure a very polished ground air space combate game has a very high posablility of compeating aginst higher fps like cod or halo but the name lucasarts probluly wont help them sell anymore games but i am sure the revews if it came out would be great and help

Hey, I was looking around the website, and I took a look at the senior multiplayer design, not only does it say the other stuff, but it also confirms that it is science fiction, so it's not anything like a modern war shooter. Seriously, like the other guys said, how many science fiction, third person, high profile, triple-a games with an "awaiting and highly critical audience" out there?? I'm critical, and I'm certainly awaiting this announcement. If not at the VGA's, I have very strong hopes that this sucker is going to be announced finally.
