Original Idea to Slayer1, since he posted info about a clone commander and once again it's inspired me to make a thread about the topic.
CC-1004 - Gree History:
CC-1004 was a senior clone commander in the Grand Army of the Republic. Possessed of a keen interest in alien species and cultures, 1004 was singled out to participate in a special training program by ARC trooper Alpha-17 that encouraged individuality. As a token of his independence, 1004 was rewarded with a name and chose to be known as "Gree," a reference to an obscure alien species.
During the Clone Wars, Gree led the 41st Elite Corps, a division out of the 9th Assault Corps, along with Jedi General Luminara Unduli. He became an expert on alien cultures, giving his unit a specialization in hostile conditions, counterinsurgency, and long-term deployment on alien worlds in "hearts and minds" operations. He saw action on Uba IV, Dinlo, Rodia, and Alzoc III, amongst other worlds. In the first year of the war, Gree was assigned to escort the captured Trade Federation Viceroy Nute Gunray to trial on Coruscant, but they were waylaid by Separatist saboteurs and a defector from the Republic, and Gunray escaped.
In the last days of the war, Gree accompanied Jedi Grand Master Yoda to Kashyyyk in response to a Separatist attack. After breaking through the enemy lines surrounding the planet, he helped fight back against the droid forces of the Separatists. In the middle of the battle, Gree received a message from Supreme Chancellor Palpatine declaring the execution of Order 66, the extermination of the Jedi. Gree was killed by Yoda while attempting to fulfill the order.
CC-0411 - Ponds History:
CC-0411, nicknamed "Ponds," was a clone trooper commander in the Grand Army of the Republic. Around 22 BBY, the Techno Union foreman and Separatist Council member, Emir Wat Tambor, invaded the planet Ryloth, and Ponds assisted High Jedi General Mace Windu in invading the planet to secure its liberation. Ponds was stationed aboard Windu's Acclamator-class assault ship when the forces attempted to land in the city of Nabat, but fire from enemy cannons prevented the transports from landing.
The transports were able to land after High Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi eliminated the cannons, and the invasion forces headed to retake Ryloth's capital of Lessu. Ponds led Lightning Squadron, but en route to Lessu, his unit sustained losses during an encounter with several Confederate tanks. In need of reinforcements, Windu convinced Twi'lek freedom fighter Cham Syndulla to join forces with the Republic. The only access to Lessu was via a plasma bridge, and Windu and the Advanced Recon Force troopers Razor and Stak were able to activate it. Ponds and Syndulla led the charge across the bridge, and engaged the Confederate forces, while Windu captured Wat Tambor, freeing the planet. Ponds later participated in a battle on the planet Malastare, and assisted Mace Windu in capturing the Zillo Beast. He also served on the Endurance at the time of Boba Fett's assasination attempt on Mace Windu, but the assassination failed and Fett fled with the Trandoshan Bossk, and the infamous bounty hunter, Aurra Sing. They kidnapped Ponds along with Kilian and a naval officer, and Sing later executed Ponds.
CC-1010 - Fox History:
CC-1010 carried two blaster pistols in holsters on the sides of his kama. He wore the distinctive crimson color of the Coruscant Guard on his armor and a variation of the Galactic Senate Emblem. Fox led a squad of his Coruscant Guard clone troopers on a mission to rescue Senator Padmé Amidala from Ziro the Hutt's Palace on Coruscant when her negotiations with the crimelord went awry.
At some point during the Clone Wars, Count Dooku put a hefty live bounty on all of the senators of the Galactic Senate. Because almost all of the senators resided on Coruscant, it fell under the jurisdiction of Fox and his men to protect them. One such incident occurred when Fox learned from his spies that a Trandoshan was planning to kidnap senator Shayla Paige-Tarkin. Fox found the hunter but had been ordered to keep him alive. The Trandoshan took off upon seeing Fox, but the Commander knew the streets of Coruscant better than most. He contacted his fellow guards and quickly cornered the bounty hunter. With no where else to go, the Trandoshan blasted his way to the roof of a nearby building with a jetpack. Still intent on capturing the Trandoshan, Fox used his grappling hook to climb up the side of that same building. On the roof, Fox's advances were met with more hostile fire, but was able to shoot the blaster out of the would-be kidnapper's hand and talk him into surrendering.
Fox led a squad of the Coruscant Guard in confronting the bounty hunter Cad Bane, who was escaping from the Republic Executive Building after taking a group of senators hostage and using them to secure Ziro the Hutt's liberation from the Republic Judiciary Central Detention Center. However, the clone commander was forced to let Bane and his team escape when it was revealed that the hunter was still holding the senators captive.
Commander Fox
In 22 BBY, Fox went to Juma 9 with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Threepwood to free the station from the Separatists battle droids.

CC-1119 - Appo
History:
When Supreme Chancellor Palpatine declared the Jedi Order enemies of the Republic and issued Order 66, Appo led the 501st Legion against the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, serving alongside the Chancellor's new apprentice Darth Vader. Appo and his soldiers killed a number of Jedi that night. When Senator Bail Organa came to the Temple to investigate what had happened, Appo and several troopers met him on one of the Temple's landing platforms. Appo informed Organa that there had been a rebellion, but when Organa tried to enter the Temple, he drew his gun upon the Senator and ordered him to leave. As Organa turned to go, a Padawan, Zett Jukassa, rushed onto the pad and began slashing at troopers with his lightsaber. Appo ordered his troops to open fire on Organa, only to be cut down by Jukassa. His fellow soldier Sergeant Fox killed Jukassa, but allowed Organa to escape. Jukassa's attack wounded Appo, but he survived and recovered, later filing a report on the death of Jukassa and a number of other Jedi killed in the Temple.
Though Vader encountered Shryne on Alderaan, the Jedi escaped yet again; Palpatine soon informed Vader that Shryne and the party of Jedi survivors that he had gathered were headed for Kashyyyk. Some weeks later, Vader and Appo traveled to that world in the Exactor. Vader met with Moff Wilhuff Tarkin aboard Tarkin's ship Executrix; there, Tarkin informed Vader that the Jedi ship had been spotted arriving on Kashyyyk, then told Vader of the plan that he and Palpatine had devised. Tarkin would use the presence of Jedi on Kashyyyk as a pretense to invade the planet and enslave the native Wookiees as enemies of the Empire. Appo and Vader supervised the initial part of the invasion from the bridge of the Exactor; the commander summoned the officers in charge of the various theaters of battle to meet with the Dark Lord, then joined them as Vader briefed the group. Once the officers were clear on their duties, Vader and Appo descended to the surface of Kashyyyk to take on the Jedi. As they landed, Vader was informed over the comm by one of the officers that the Wookiees were fleeing into the safety of Kashyyyk's forest and would soon become impossible to root out. Appo suggested that they initiate surgical orbital bombardments to flush the Wookiees out, and Vader gave the order to do so.
When the shuttle touched down, Appo and his stormtroopers rushed out, Vader right behind them. A heavy firefight with the Wookiees ensued, and several of Appo's stormtroopers fell. Vader dealt with the Wookiees and waved Appo forward, only to have several of the Jedi fugitives step out and meet them in combat, some engaging Vader and some Appo. As Vader killed those attacking him, the Jedi fighting Appo withdrew and set their sights on the Dark Lord, only to be slain in turn. At last only Olee Starstone remained, and Vader ordered Appo and his men to leave her to him and deal with the last few surviving Wookiees. A new ship arrived next to the stormtroopers, though, with Roan Shryne on board. Shryne used the Force to pull one of the fallen Jedi's lightsabers to him, and with it he decapitated Appo.[2]
Appo's role in the 501st would be succeeded by Commander Bow, who filed the report on Appo's death.
CC-1138 - Bacara History:
CC-1138, also known as Bacara, was a clone marshal commander who served in the Grand Army of the Republic. After receiving training in the traditions and culture of the Journeyman Protectors, CC-1138 was given command of the 21st Nova Corps, which was attached to the 4th Sector Army. Eventually he was selected to be part of the initial ARC training program under the command of Alpha-17; this program allowed for the training of future generations of clone commanders, and was focused on developing the individuality of the program's participants. During this time he developed a reputation as a loner—this was due to his training in the culture of the Journeyman Protectors, as opposed to his clone brothers who had mostly been taught the ways of the Mandalorians. His loner's reputation carried over into his career as a soldier, but it never stopped him from putting the needs of his troops ahead of his own.
Upon completion of his ARC training, CC-1138 used his newly acquired knowledge to turn the Galactic Marines into a highly efficient ground unit, and the Marines eventually earned a reputation as ferocious fighters. Eventually he was assigned to Jedi General Ki-Adi-Mundi, and the two warriors developed a grudging respect for each other while fighting side-by-side through numerous campaigns. Following continued action in the Outer Rim Sieges, Bacara and Ki-Adi-Mundi were ordered to the snow-covered world of Mygeeto, where they participated in an extended campaign of urban warfare. While stationed on Mygeeto, Bacara was given Order 66 by Palpatine and, along with his fellow Marines, gunned down Jedi Master Ki-Adi-Mundi.
CC-1993 - Jet History:
He served in the Second Battle of Geonosis, attacking a Geonosian droid foundry under the direction of Ki-Adi Mundi. Jet attended the mission briefing between the Jedi Generals and the clone commanders before the battle. As Commander Jet's and General Mundi's Low Altitude Assault Transport entered the atmosphere of Geonosis, it encountered heavy Geonosian fire. Jet contacted CC-2224 nicknamed Cody, asking him to get the AT-TE walkers on the ground, but after Cody landed, he lost contact with Jet, as Mundi's gunship was shot down, slamming into the ground hard. Jet escaped the wrecked gunship and helped Ki-Adi out. They then marched overland to the Republic landing zone and entered a cave filled with Geonosian drones. Mundi and Jet fought their way through the cave calling in Flamethrower wielding Clone Troopers to finish the Geonosian soldiers. When Anakin Skywalker and his troops disabled the droid foundry's deflector shield, Jet helped round up the enemy resistance.
Commander Jet wore a modified version of standard Phase I clone trooper armor with a paint scheme to match the Geonosian environment. In addition, he wore a specially designed sonic helmet to resist the sonic blasters wielded by Geonosian infantry. He also wore the pauldron and kama also worn by other Clone Commanders. In battle, Jet used a pair of DC-17 hand blasters.

CC-2224 - Cody
History:
CC-2224, nicknamed Cody, was a clone marshal commander assigned to High Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi of the Grand Army of the Republic throughout the Clone Wars.
The leader of the 7th Sky Corps, though he typically took personal command of the 212th Attack Battalion, Cody was a loyal and competent soldier who always followed his orders. When the Separatists laid siege to Christophsis, Generals Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker were dispatched to aid the planet, along with Cody and Captain Rex. However, evidence was revealed of a traitor among their ranks. After Sergeant Slick was revealed to have sold their intelligence to Asajj Ventress, reinforcements were dispatched by the Republic, and Cody joined Kenobi and Skywalker in defeating the first wave of droids, under the command of General Whorm Loathsom. A second wave of droids charged and then retreated, blocked by the Republic's heavy cannons. However, their retreat was revealed to be a ploy, as they soon charged again, but this time behind a deflector shield, making the heavy cannons useless. Skywalker and his newly arrived apprentice Ahsoka Tano managed to sneak behind enemy lines and destroy the shield generator, and the heavy cannons were able to obliterate the exposed droids.
During the Battle of Utapau, Commander Cody led his team of men into Pau City, along with Parjai Squad and various other paratrooping squads. During the attack, Kenobi dropped his lightsaber, which hit the ground in front of him, and he would later return it to the General.
As Obi-Wan engaged Grievous in a fierce lightsaber duel, Cody battled the droid forces. It was during the fighting that he received Order 66 via an encrypted channel from the Supreme Chancellor. In response, Cody ordered one of his AT-TEs to fire at Kenobi and his varactyl mount, Boga, causing the two to plummet to the bottom of the sinkhole.
Cody, all too aware of Jedi prowess, was not convinced of Kenobi's death, and sent Arakyd Prowler 1000 probe droids into the catacombs beneath Pau City to look for him. After following through with Palpatine's orders, he rallied his troops, and within the hour the Separatists were routed and Pau City was under Republic control. Cody's fears were confirmed when he was informed by a lieutenant that General Grievous's personal starfighter had fled the planet. Cody readied his troops to pursue the Separatist Council, which in the confusion of battle had managed to slip away.
After the creation of the Galactic Empire, Cody was absorbed into the ranks of the Stormtrooper Corps.
CC-3636 - Wolffe History:
CC-3636, nicknamed "Wolffe," was a veteran clone trooper commander in the Grand Army of the Republic who was assigned to Jedi General Plo Koon during the Clone Wars. The leader of the famed Wolfpack squad, Commander Wolffe served with Koon on board the Jedi Master's flagship, the Triumphant, when Koon led a task force to eliminate the Separatist warship Malevolence. During the battle in the Abregado system, however, all but Wolffe, Koon, and troopers Sinker and Boost were eliminated. The four were eventually rescued by Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan, Ahsoka Tano.
Wolffe also participated in the Battle of Khorm alongside Generals Koon, Kit Fisto, and Tauht, as well as the ambitious Major Kendal Ozzel, with whom Wolffe was frequently at odds. After establishing a base at the agrocite processing facility, Wolffe and Ozzel were left in command of the main Republic forces while the Jedi left to destroy the Confederacy's weather-control station. Though Wolffe himself sustained injuries from Dark Acolyte Asajj Ventress, the Republic was able to defeat the Separatists, liberating the Confederacy's Khormai slaves and securing the planet's repositories of rare agrocite ore for the Grand Army. A facial injury that Wolffe eventually received forced him to wear a cybernetic eye replacement. Despite this impediment, he continued to serve alongside Koon, and was instrumental in rescuing Generals Skywalker and Mace Windu from Vanqor after they were trapped there by bounty hunters.
CC-4477 - Thire History:
Early in the war, Thire, serving as a lieutenant in the Grand Army of the Republic, was assigned, alongside troopers Jek and Rys, to escort Jedi Master Yoda to a diplomatic mission to Rugosa. When their transport was attacked by a Separatist Munificent-class star frigate, Yoda and the troopers landed on the moon's surface in an escape pod. The clones helped Yoda to get past a whole battalion of T81 Division's B1 battle droids along with Armored Assault Tanks, sent by Asajj Ventress to intercept them as a challenge to the competency of the Jedi and the Republic's forces, in order to secure a treaty with Toydarian King Katuunko. Thire was wounded by a super battle droid during the mission when the droid fired a rocket, intended to hit Rys, but still continued to fight alongside Yoda until their task was successfully completed.
After promotion to Commander, Thire led Supreme Chancellor Palpatine's shock troopers during the height of the Clone Wars. As the war intensified, Thire's shock troopers were tasked with the protection of the capital planet, Coruscant.
Together with Republic Intelligence Director Armand Isard, the two founded Homeworld Security Command in an effort to centralize and streamline the defense of Coruscant should an attack ever come. A part of Thire, however, always felt as though the Republic would never be able to muster a reliable defense of Coruscant.
Thire's worst fears were realized when General Grievous launched a surprise attack on the capital in the early hours of the morning. Thire's men, in conjunction with Commander Appo's 501st Legion, did their best to keep the Confederacy's droid forces from taking the Senate District. While they were able to halt the Separatist advance, they were powerless to stop the abduction of the Chancellor by Grievous and his MagnaGuards.
The execution of Order 66 and the 501st Legion's assault on the Jedi Temple brought about the end of the Clone Wars and the Declaration of a New Order. After an epic battle in the Senate Rotunda between Emperor Palpatine and the Jedi Master Yoda, the Emperor tasked Commander Thire and his men to scour the bowels of the Senate, looking for any sign of the diminutive Jedi, ironically forcing Thire to hunt down the very Jedi Master who saved his life on the Coral moon. Although Thire's increased efforts to find Yoda had failed, the Emperor was far more concerned with the status of his newest apprentice, whom he sensed was in grave danger. Thus, Thire and his shock troopers accompanied Palpatine to Mustafar, where they brought the medical capsule to gravely injured Anakin Skywalker, now Darth Vader.

CC-5052 - Bly
History:
CC-5052 was a clone marshal commander who served both the Galactic Republic and the Galactic Empire that followed. A clone of Jango Fett, CC-5052 was bred on Kamino, where he was trained as an Advanced Recon Commando by Alpha-17. Alpha-17 also gave CC-5052 the name "Bly," which the clone commander himself adopted. Assigned to the 327th Star Corps, Bly worked with Jedi General Aayla Secura throughout the Clone Wars. Serving in campaigns on planets such as Quell, Maridun, Alzoc III, Florrum, and New Holstice, Bly worked with Secura to personally extract a valuable Scientific Instrument Package from Honoghr. During the mission, Bly encountered renegade Jedi Quinlan Vos, whom he deeply mistrusted. Shortly after the Honoghr mission, Bly and Secura served alongside the reformed Vos in the Siege of Saleucami.
Before they could complete their mission on Saleucami, Secura, Bly, and the 327th were redirected to Felucia, to save captive Jedi Barriss Offee and her apprentice Zonder. With that mission a success, Bly and his troops hunted Shu Mai, who was a member of the governing body of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. They eventually discovered that they were too late to capture Mai, and that her forces had unleashed a deadly toxin into the planet's water supply. Bly set out with Secura to stop the toxin from spreading, but in transit he received the command to execute Order 66, which meant that all Jedi were declared to be enemies of the Republic. After gunning down Secura, Bly's men were unable to locate Zonder or the two other Jedi Padawans involved in the Felucia campaign, Ekria and Drake Lo'gaan. Several months later, Bly was given the opportunity to finally eliminate Ekria and Lo'gaan by Darth Vader. On Tepasi, Bly shot both Jedi fugitives, and though he believed them dead, they had in fact survived.
CC-5869 - Stone History:
CC-5869, nicknamed "Stone," was a clone trooper commander in the Grand Army of the Republic. His unit was the Coruscant Guard, the protectors of Republic capital planet Coruscant. Around 22 BBY, Stone, some of his troops along with Gran Senator Kharrus and Gungan Representative Jar Jar Binks were sent to bring a ransom in form of spice to Weequay pirate leader Hondo Ohnaka who had captured Separatist leader Count Dooku. However, they were betrayed by one of Ohnaka's henchmen, Turk Falso, who let their shuttle shot down over Florrum, the planet of the Weequay pirates. The impact killed Senator Kharrus, along with the two pilots. Shortly after burying Kharrus, they were attacked by the pirates and retreated into one of the geysers. After the pirates left with the ransom, Binks suggested chasing the Weequays with help of the native Skalders. They were able to kill most of the pirates and recover the spice. The group then followed some energy lines to the pirate base. On the way there they encountered some pirate tanks and managed to subdue the gunners with the help of Binks. When they reached the pirate base, the count had already escaped and Stone his troops, Binks and Jedi Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, who were captured by the pirates too, left Florrum in the Twilight, the ship of the Jedi.
Stone was the nickname of one of the many clones created on Kamino to fight for the Galactic Republic. A clone trooper commander, Stone was part of the Coruscant Guard, a unit to protect the capital city of the Republic Coruscant.[1]
Around 22 BBY, Stone, along with some of his troops, Gran Senator Kharrus and Gungan Representative Jar Jar Binks was sent to the planet Florrum to bring a ransom in form of spice to Weequay pirate leader Hondo Ohnaka, who had captured Separatist leader and fallen Jedi Count Dooku. Unknowingly to the Republic, Jedi Knights Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker who were sent to proof the authenticity of the Count had been captured as well. However one of Ohnaka's minions Turk Falso wanted the spice for himself and cooperated with Barb Mentir, who was tasked to shoot down the Republic shuttle.
After contacting Chancellor Palpatine on Coruscant about the advance of their mission they entered Florrum's atmosphere. There they were ambushed by a Flarestar-class Weequay ship, piloted by Mentir. Also through Binks interference, the shuttle was shot down and they crashed in the Doshar fields. Surviving the impact, Stone, his troops and Binks began to search for Senator Kharrus. One trooper reported that the pilots were dead. Another one found Kharrus, who was also dead. While Binks and a clone trooper sergeant buried Kharrus, Stone ordered the other two troopers to repair the homing beacon. However they were unable to do this, and the geysers all around them were spitting out acid.
CC-8826 - Neyo History:
However, during the war, unit 8826 was enrolled in ARC trooper Alpha-17's experimental clone trooper commander training program back on Kamino, designed to give the Republic a new elite fighting force to combat the Separatist Droid Army. In this training camp, 8826 and the other clone commander trainees began to develop their own personalities, encouraged by Alpha's unorthodox training methods which allowed for more free thought and expression. CC-8826 himself took the nickname "Neyo", and became one of the coldest, most morbid members of his class.[1]
Neyo eventually graduated among the first 100 alumnae of Alpha's program, becoming an ARC trooper, and being given the rank of clone marshal commander and command over the GAR's 91st Reconnaissance Corps. Neyo also maintained a close relationship with his fellow clone commander and equally as laconic trooper CC-1138, nicknamed Bacara, who worked with Neyo to develop and test tactics in utilizing the Republic's newly invented BARC speeders on the battlefield.
In 19 BBY, Neyo and the 91st were assigned to Senior Jedi General Oppo Rancisis's command during the battle over the Separatist controlled planet of Saleucami in the Outer Rim Sieges. During the five-month long operation, Neyo worked alongside fellow clone commanders Faie and CC-5052—nicknamed Bly—leading the Republic's clone forces in destroying the Confederacy's Nikto Morgukai warrior cloning facilities on Saleucami. Following defeat of the Separatists on Saleucami, Neyo remained on the world with his reconnaissance units while the majority of the Republic's forces left the planet, being put under the leadership of Jedi General Stass Allie and tasked with patrolling for any remaining Separatist resistance or Morgukai warriors.
While patrolling Saleucami's twilight plains with General Allie and trooper CT-3423 on speeders, CC-8826 received the call from Supreme Chancellor Palpatine to execute Order 66, a Republic contingency directive that mandated the destruction of the Jedi Order. Following his orders to the letter, Neyo motioned for CT-3423 and himself to fall behind Allie's speeder bike. With their former commanding officer directly in front of them, Neyo and CT-3423 opened fire on Allie with their speeders' laser cannons, igniting its reactor and sending Allie's speeder crashing into the ground, killing the Jedi in the resulting explosion
After the declaration of Order 66 and destruction of the Jedi Order, the Republic was reorganized into a Galactic Empire by Palpatine, who crowned himself Galactic Emperor and was secretly the Sith Lord Darth Sidious in disguise. Neyo himself retained his rank of commander in the new Imperial Army, and later filed a report to Imperial Moff Marcellin Wessel and Emperor Sidious on the circumstances of Stass Allie's death.

CT-65/91-6210 - Deviss
History:
CT-65/91-6210, also known as Deviss, was a clone trooper captain who led K Company, a unit within Clone Commander Bly's 327th Star Corps. In 22 BBY, Deviss served in the the first battle of the Clone Wars on the Outer Rim planet Geonosis. During the battle, Deviss risked his life to protect two injured soldiers from Confederate spider droids and received a medal after being rescued from enemy country by Republic troops. He went on to fight in the Battle of Altyr V, after which he was promoted to commander for his actions. He also participated in a battle on Cato Neimoidia. In 19 BBY, Deviss was dispatched to support Jedi General Nem Bees on Orto. During a battle on the planet, the Commander received Order 66—which called for all clone troopers to execute their Jedi officers—and personally shot down Bees on the front lines.
During the war, Deviss took part in the battle of Altyr V. During the battle, Deviss' Jedi General was killed by enemy fire, leaving Deviss to improvise a new plan of attack. Deviss rallied the remaining clone trooper companies before destroying a Separatist ion cannon emplacement, opening the battlefield to aerial bombardment and winning the battle for the Republic. For this act of bravery and initiative, Clone Commander CC-5052, nicknamed "Bly," promoted Deviss to the rank of commander. His promotion allowed Deviss to wear the red ARC pauldron and a kama, as well as a special macrobinocular helmet attachment. In 19 BBY, Deviss served in the raid of the Separatist-controlled Colonies world Cato Neimoidia, which ended with a Republic victory.
CC-3714 - Fil History:
CC-3714, nicknamed "Fil," was a veteran clone trooper commander in the Grand Army of the Republic who was assigned to recently promoted Jedi Knight Nahdar Vebb during the Clone Wars. Around 22 BBY, he led a squad of clone troopers on a mission to the third moon of Vassek, in the Outer Rim Territories. Accompanied by Vebb and Jedi Master Kit Fisto, the group searched for Trade Federation Viceroy Nute Gunray, who had been recently freed from Republic captivity. Unbeknownst to the group, Gunray, along with Confederate Head of State Count Dooku, had laid a trap for the Jedi, using a homing beacon to deceive the Jedi and make them believe that Gunray was hiding in a castle on the moon.
After the group realized that they had fallen for a trap, the Confederate General Grievous arrived at the castle, which was in fact his personal retreat. The Jedi and clone troopers tried to capture Grievous, but after a short brawl with the Republic squad, the cyborg general fled to the stronghold's secret command center. After Grievous opened a molten incinerator pit trap, which was under Fil and the Jedi, the cyborg general released his pet roggwart, Gor, to attack them. Fil was caught by the beast, which used its tail to grab the commander. The Jedi tried to free him, but Fil was killed when Gor slammed the clone on the ground. Vebb was later murdered at the hands of Grievous, leaving Fisto as the only survivor of the mission
Keller Short-History:
Keller was a clone trooper commander who served under Senior Jedi General Kai Hudorra as leader of a special division of clone cold assault troopers in the latter days of the Clone Wars.
At the onset of the Outer Rim Sieges, General Hudorra and Commander Keller were sent to the frigid Rim world of Toola to combat recent Separatist incursions into the area. When Keller received Order 66 direct from Supreme Chancellor Palpatine himself, Keller and his troops moved against their Jedi commander. But when Kai Hudorra slipped through his fingers and made for Ithaqua Station, Keller made tracking down the fugitive Jedi his top priority.
To keep Hudorra from slipping away a second time, Keller had his men place Ithaqua Station under martial law, forcing strict curfews on its inhabitants. Despite all this, however, Hudorra managed to elude Keller's patrols and boarded a transport bound for Coruscant at Toola Spaceport.
