Jet Troopers.
They utilized their limited flight jetpacks to rapidly cover great distances and gain aerial advantage over their enemies. The agility of the flying jet trooper made him difficult to hit and could ambush their enemies from behind. Jet troopers were made famous by Commander Cody, who would use jetpacks frequently in missions with his battalion, and the 7th Sky Corps.
Jet troopers were issued EMP launchers. They were also equipped with the DC-17 hand blasters, which was very powerful and accurate, especially for its size. It also had a better cooling capacity so it could continue firing for a long period of time without overheating. They also carried thermal detonators . Jetpacks were also used by some ARC trooper units, and the jet troopers themselves were bred at a similar rate to the ARCs, but retained the uniformity of the standard clones. The extra training was to learn how to control and manipulate the jetpack. They were not, however, ARC units, and were deployed into other combat units, one being the 501st.
Jet troopers wore either green or blue armor. They sometimes wore kamas to protect their legs from fire while they were in air. The jet troopers had specialized armor so that they didn't get injured from falling from extremely high places. Their jetpacks featured built in Warheads, which cause devastating blasts against their enemies.
Jetpacks should not be confused with jump packs, which would later be used by the Imperial dark troopers. Jump packs simply rocket the wearer up at an angle for around 2 seconds, whereas a jetpack could be controlled and switched on and off at any point during the flight.

Stormtroopers
Stormtroopers were the elite shock troopers of the Galactic Empire. Like Imperial-class Star Destroyers and TIE Fighters, stormtroopers served as ever present reminders of the Emperor's power, extensions of his will, and a method of keeping the Empire's thousands of star systems in line through fear.
Formed into the Stormtrooper Corps, stormtroopers operated alongside Imperial Army and Navy units independently, while some placed on Navy ships were given the name "marines."
Members of the Rebel Alliance SpecForce had several terms for stormtroopers, including whitehats, plastic soldiers, and snowmen. Another slang term for stormtroopers was the "Boys in White" and "Plastic Boys". Also, another was "Stormies", and was used often by Wedge Antilles and Corran Horn.

Unlike the snipers in the traditional army, culled from the best shooters, all clone troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic possessed the same eyesight, accuracy, steadiness and patience. However, the sharpshooters received special flash training teaching them the intricacies of being good snipers.[1]
A Phase II clone sniper of the 501st Legion during the Raid on the Jedi Temple.
Their main mission designation was to eliminate Separatist battle droid infantry from a distance to provide cover fire for other infantry units, while also using their recon droids to carry out short-range reconnaissance. Specialized gear with distinctive color-markings showed the sharpshooters' ranks. Phase I clone snipers are recognizable by maroon armor markings.

Clone trooper commanders were clone troopers bred on Kamino for leadership roles in the Grand Army of the Republic.
They led regiments of 2,304 clone troopers into battle. Each legion of clone troopers only had one senior clone commander. Sometimes, however, smaller regiments and battalions were led by clone commanders, like Commander Cody, who led the 212th Attack Battalion. When Jedi needed a group of clone troopers, no matter what size, a clone commander would usually join the group to assist the Jedi Generals.

CC-8826
CC-8826, nicknamed Neyo, was a clone trooper in the 91st Reconnaissance Corps of the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. A clone of the bounty hunter Jango Fett, Neyo was a graduate of ARC trooper Alpha-17's elite clone commander training program on the water world of Kamino. Given the rank of clone marshal commander, unit 8826 and the 91st served in the five-month long siege of the Separatist planet Saleucami in 19 BBY. After the Republic finally captured Saleucami, Neyo and his Reconnaissance Corps—under the command of Jedi General Stass Allie—stayed behind on the planet after the main Republic forces left, tasked with destroying the last pockets of Separatist resistance.
It was during a speeder patrol on Saleucami with General Allie and fellow trooper designated CT-3423 that Neyo received Order 66—a Republic directive that labeled the Jedi Order as an enemy of the state—from Supreme Chancellor Palpatine. Given the order to kill Allie, Neyo and 3423 followed through, vaporizing their former commanding officer with their speeder bikes' laser cannons.

Clone engineer
The clone engineers were members of special Combat Engineer Battalions in the Grand Army of the Republic that were well versed in a range of engineering techniques, from repairing vehicles to performing demolitions work.
On Kamino some clones were randomly chosen to become engineers and became attuned to their vehicles and idiosyncrasies.[1] On the battlefield they were assigned to heavy artillery units, such as Heavy Assault Vehicle/wheeled A6 Juggernauts and SPHA units for armored ground assault.
Clone engineers were equipped with dispensers that held bacta and ammunition and F-187 fusioncutters that enabled them to repair vehicles, turrets, medical and power droids. They were armed with detonation packs for sabotage and shotguns, or blaster pistols in case they had to engage enemy units.
When clones still had phase I armor the engineers were just clone pilots that did all the jobs of an engineer.

Advanced Recon Force trooper
Advanced Recon Force Troopers, also known as Advanced Recon Fighters, or simply ARF Troopers, were specialized clone troopers that carried out short-range reconnaissance for Jedi Generals and clone commanders.
Although stealthy and well-trained, recon troopers' duties differed from that of clone commandos or Advanced Recon Commandos as their focus was on gathering information about the enemy or carrying out surprise attacks.
Before the introduction of the AT-RT drivers, ARF Troopers would often be pressed into service in that capacity.

Stormtrooper commanders were commanders who led Imperial stormtroopers into battle.[1] They were given an advanced ARC training which gave them sharper minds compared to the average stormtrooper, and were still as loyal.

Shock troopers were the elite members of the Imperial Stormtrooper Corps, specialized in the use of various non-standard weapons and equipment. They were also distinguishable from standard stormtroopers by their extra heavy plate armor. Some even wore different color markings on their armor similar to the markings used by Phase I clone trooper armor to denote their rank.
Imperial shock troopers were trained to fulfill various battlefield roles and carried a wide variety of equipment. Some, equipped with rocket launchers and thermal detonators, acted as anti-vehicle units on the battlefield. Other, equipped with DC-15 blaster rifles and DC-17 hand blasters used by clone troopers during the Clone Wars, acted as security on strategic locations throughout the Empire. Some shock troopers utilized jetpacks for additional mobility in battle, much like the Imperial Jumptroopers.
History:
During her various missions, Rebel operative Rianna Saren encountered shock troopers on several occasions. Many were under the command of Imperial slave driver Zarien Kheev, while others were seen guarding strategic locations throughout the Empire.

Clone troopers were an army of identical, genetically-modified clones, created to serve in the Grand Army of the Republic during the conflict that came to be known as the Clone Wars.[1] Cloned and raised in the cities of Kamino, the clone troopers, trained and drilled since birth, and came to be regarded as one of the most efficient military forces ever to have existed in galactic history. This was not only due to their training, but also to their unwavering loyalty to the Galactic Republic and its leader, Supreme Chancellor Palpatine.
