Best Movie?

Very simple topic.
I like the Return of the Jedi the best. The ending battle between Luke and Darth Vader is brilliant. It always causes an emotional reaction in me as well after Darth Vader talks about Leia turning to the dark-side and then Luke goes mental.

I personally think Revenge of the Sith is my favorite because of the space battle at the beginning and Order 66.
My least favorite one would be the...I don't know..I didn't really -hate- any.

TIE: Revenge of the Sith for action and Visual FX.
Return of the Jedi for completion of the story.

I'd go with the 4. It was the first one I seen and still is the best in my eyes.

Return of the Jedi hands down. There is just something about the Luke/Anakin struggle that gets to me. There's a lot of good character development and story, as opposed to the newer films which seemed to have much more static characters.
As for second place is a tie between 5, and 3. There's a lot of darker tones in both movies and seemed deeper than 1, 2, and 4. (I remember being scared of Empire Strikes Back when I was younger)

The newer films also aren't very interesting. What did Episode 1 add? It was not quite a kids movie and not quite a mature movie which ended up disappointing everyone (anyone who says they enjoyed it is a liar). The second one wasn't terrible but could have had a lot more story to it. The third was again not terrible but it didn't have enough action for me. I would've liked to see more of Order 66 and less of Anakin's love for his wife. That's my opinion though...

True for me perhaps, but with more action, we'd just be driven away from the story. And Anakin's love for Padme is the cause of everything that happened in the original trilogy.

I thought the transformation from Anakin to Darth Vader was a little poor, myself.

They definitely could have done better on that.

All the most interesting parts of 3 weren't shown very well. I'm sure the cartoon remake of the movies will do better at it. Let the angry replies...begin.

Where did you hear anything so ridiculous?

You think George isn't even thinking of it? He always wants to show Star Wars to a new generation or group. Maybe Michael Bay will direct! Okay that one isn't even funny.

MAybe, but I still want to stick to the live action series.
