Coalition Forces in Afghanistan, your opinion?

So, in my quest to start up a bit of a debate in this forum I open the table up to the current conflict in Afghanistan.
What do you make of the whole conflict in general? Do you support it? Do you think the reasons for this war are just? Do you think the majority of coalition operations will really end in 2011?
Personally I no longer care what the initial reasons where for going into this conflict. I am from the UK which has the second largest foreign prescene in the region (after the US and not including Afghan soldiers) and every week or two I hear of another young British soldier losing his life, generally throught the cowardly tactics of IED's. It sadens me greatly. However, I can also see the greater scope that the conflict now represents. The international forces are basically proping up the current government who are in no shape to combat a determined enemy like the taliban by themselves. So if all international troops where pulled out tomorow the consequences for the region would be devastating.
So my opinion, whatever the inital reasons where for going in the first place, we now have a pretty good reason to stay. So I just want our guys over there to get the job done and pull out when they can but only after ensuring the country can prop itself up. Then when all of our boys are back home we can look into the reasons from going in the first place and see if it really was just. If it wasn't then we bring those responsible to justice.
What about you guys?
