Star Wars Battlefront 3 on the Gamestop.ca website is back.. right now its only up for PS2 and says that the preorder ships June 1st 2010 (incase the page gets taken down again). This has gotta mean somethings definitely going on...

The fact that it's not being reported by GameStop makes it more confusing. Surely someone has asked...

Perhaps someone hacked the site or something and set this up?

They'd have to have hacked the server which seems unlikely for it to happen and then stay like that for such a long period of time. GameStop would have it down minutes afterwards if it was a hack. If it was a hacker then they really don't know how to pick a good target or at least a good attack against the target. A DDoS would have been a lot cooler.

Yeah, I honestly believe someone is making mistakes and doesn't seem to fix them very quickly. Cause seriously, battlefront 3 for ps2??? Makes no sense

Well, back when we knew BF3 existed, it was planned for a PS2 release, alongside the next-gen copies.

That said, if this was real, I'd expect more than just the PS2 copy to pop up. Provided a PS2 release is still even an option at this point.
