Lucas Arts makes it pretty hard to email them so I googled 'email lucas arts' or something like that. Anyway, I found an address called '[email protected]'. It seems to belong to their PR department. Is it worth sending them a message?
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.

Why not? I'm certain you won't get anything out of it, but no hurt in trying.

Heres the email I sent them:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Is Lucas Arts working on a sequel to Star Wars Battlefront 2? I understand that you might not be able to share this information but if you are allowed to it would much appreciated. There is a very large fanbase hoping this game will be released and any information would be extremely welcome.

Thank you for your time.
Yours Faithfully,
Will Evans

If I get a reply I'll post it here.

It's worth a try anyway. And you never know, we might get lucky.

Would someone do me a mighty favour and remind me what happened when one of the guys over on the lucasarts forums actually phoned a PR guy? I seem to remember him outright saying "yeah it's being made" or something..

Yeah I remember reading that somewhere. Apparentley the guy on the phone asked his supervisor about it and he said it was in the works. I think its posted on the forums sonewhere.

Also, remember this? http://www.vg247.com/2008/06/06/disgrun ... -fracture/

Interesting that if you take a look at that list, this is what you get:

KOTOR 3 (An MMO, and a joint project between Lucasarts and BioWare) - turned out to be The Old Republic

Battlefront 3

“The Official Indiana Jones” game - Could this be The Staff Of Kings that came out in 2009?

“Another LEGO game based on the Indy universe” - Lego Indiana 2 came out in 2009

“A lightsaber game for Wii (without lightsaber peripherals)” - Could be Star Wars Kinect? ("without peripherals")

Essentially, in one form or another, everything this guy said turned out to be true except for BF3. Interesting..

i think the game for the wii was the clone wars one, and i hope the E3 announcement and the job listing is for Battlefront 3.

It's also an easy list to make up. Never trust the "I called someone" line when they have no evidence. If I had come here and said "I talked to a guy who had video of BF3, and here is what was in it" you would be calling me a troll, instead I came with video in hand as proof.

That list came from an employee who got laid off from LucasArts a while back, it's not from a little bird.
