Not Sure if this is a new find or not but starwarsbattlefront3.com is a registered domain name of LucasFilm. See this page
http://www.whois.com/whois/starwarsbattlefront3.com . Curious things I noted
Creation Date: 19-oct-2004 (All the way back then they registered this...)
Updated Date: 16-oct-2011 Now I'm no expert so I have no idea what this means, correct me if I'm wrong but does that mean LucasFilm re-registered on the 16th of October last year? If so why would they do that unless they had purpose to still own this domain name. In any even what ever Updated means it sure is curious as to why any update would occur unless they wanted the domain name still. (Anyone here feel free to correct me if I'm way off the mark here.)

I think this has come up before, but this is exactly the kind of detective work we need. You're right, why would they decide to re-up the domain if they weren't planning on using it?

it was updated in october.... And if you go to starwarsbattlefront3.com it takes you directly to starwars.com, They did that with the Kinect game for a while before the page went active... HMMMM
P.S. on the phone with lucasarts right now
*edit* Put in new thread.... Thank you Sheepkiller for the website I found a working phone number for lucasarts/film!

No but if they reactivate the old domain that they no longer were using they could be making the game!

It could be, but they could also be doing that so some troll doesn't go out and buy the domain instead.
