Yea makes me hope either for more clonewars cartoon action or for him to make it into starwars underworld.... the original cyber Maul Non canon arc had Maul face Obi-wan at lars ranch after the clonewars

This is a disgraceful mockery of star wars and one its most badass villains....in fact that whole clone wars cartoon series is a mockery of star wars..and not to sound like an a-hole but anyone who watches/enjoys it cannot not even be considered a star wars fan....pure garbage

Most of The Clone Wars is actually pretty decent. In fact, I'd be willing to say it's generally the most competent thing to carry the 'Star Wars' brand for some time. You want to see a mockery of Star Wars, look at everything George Lucas has done since 1980 (for example, the decision to bring back Darth Maul was Lucas' idea alone, as were a lot of the more questionable aspects and episodes).

And I wouldn't really call Maul a 'badass', so much as 'some guy who contributed absolutely nothing to the story and then died.'

unlike most people i dont really believe the new trilogy to be a mockery of star wars...i considered it a decent precursor to the original trilogy but yes it could have been done A LOT better...and i mean cmonnn i thought maul was pretty kickass....sure he didnt contribute much to the story but it was the first time anyone saw a sith performing sick acrobatic stunts with the saber and showed off how skilled sith lords were supposed to be...it certainly made the saber fights a little interesting at the very least

I agree completely. I mean, really, the Clone Wars is really inaccurate, and is the primary generator of the contradictions within Star Wars. Y-wings in the clone wars era? According to the Star Wars Episode 4, 5 or 6 Dictionary, can't remember which, Y-Wings are a completely Rebel alliance thing. The clone wars invented all sorts of outragous vehicles and droids which completely ruined the feel of the real clone wars. etc.

THANK YOU!!!..they continuously morph the stars wars universe and make stuff up that doesnt go along with cannon properly AT ALL and expect us fans to sit back and accept this garbage that theyre dishing out...sorry if im going kind of overboard lol but it makes me furious..i personally dont consider any of that clone wars crapola part of the actual star wars universe

I couldn't have said it better. When I watched Star Wars the clone wars(Notice how i only capitalized Star Wars) I immediately separated it from the Star Wars movies in my mind to prevent contradictory short-circuiting of gray matter logic cells, resulting in permanent brain damage.
