New SoundCloud BBCode

I've added a new BBCode to the forums. I made for a one-time personal use, but someone may want to use it someday.
It allows you to embed SoundCloud sounds. SoundCloud is a site that allows you to share music, sound bytes, etc, and you can now embed any public sound you want. It's a bit ugly as of now, but it works. Here's how to use it.
1.) Upload your sound and go to it's page.
2.) Click "Share" on the player.
3.) Copy the code after src=" up until amp (amp will be the end of the section you copy).
4.) Place this URL between [/code]
5.) Done.
