Good find! My theory is that they are helping Spark to recruit some people.

The job listing is for a job in San Francisco, strange that they wouldent be doing the artwork in spark unlimited's studios.

also if you look closely at the gamplay footage released by free radical, and elite squadron that was obliviously influenced by battlefront 3, you can tell that the story mode in the game is alot more adventure than battlefront 2 was. In the second one you can move freely around the battlefield, but from what i have see threw the footage battlefront 3 is going to be more story oriented, like elite squadron, who's story is more objective based.
