Since that post was back in August and the game's already out the answer was Noble 6 of Halo Reach. Now someone else can give it a try.

Ezio Auditore. He did that in Revelations.

This character has two versions and you can fully customize the character. Is voiced and is in two games and a another one coming out soon.
