Borman could most certainly provide some insight as he obviously has contacts, we all have to thank him for sharing the information, most certainly someone gave it to him, I don't believe he had ability to obtain it or resources. He is liking the attention from this and feels very 'special' that he has it, but was just lucky. I would like some information from him to history of the source code he has, but doubt we will hear it.
I don't have any history to share. If I did, I would have shared it. Im just a normal guy, with no ties to the industry. And I don't have source code, though that would be awesome.
Uhm least you can provide a hint as to how you obtained it, no need to mention names. Probably some secluded developer / torrent forum or developer from Free Radical who had access to this particular version, while more recent was erased from existance.
Any information always helps or you in the position of "Information is Power" POWERRRRR.
I have nothing else to provide. I paid money, I received information, as I have already said. Who the guy was, where this build information came from, I don't know. Ask questions, and receive nothing, thats how it seems to go. No hidden forum or anything of that nature, nor do I know any developer (bar one I spoke with after the fact). As I said, Im just a normal person. I collect this sort of information, and I have a reputation for being trustworthy. This isn't the only game Ive found nor the only I am searching for.

I see, didn't know you paid for it, read through most / if not all your postings. You contact this person from a listing or something they possibly posted somewhere, or they came to you? Suprised they held onto it for so long, probably needed some money for hookers haha

Im in no rush for new videos, taking care of other things this week. I posted what, 10? Enough for me for the time being. Really, it cost me 1000$ - 12$ I've gotten for coverage (7 or so for donation, 5 or so from adsense). So woo?

No need to speed things up... I just wanted to know if there's more to come.
Can't donate much since I don't own a credits card (need to step over the 18 years age limit). :|

Well it was your choice to pay that money for it. I would say it might of been worth it, although not sure. Personally all I am looking for is Lucasarts to say "Hey, we are making Battlefront III and you will be able to play it". Old footage is nice, a certain confirmation. But I and most people want I think is for them to at least say or approach the matter.

Well, the considering this all, LucasArts is making BFIII/RC2/JKIII
They are all good choices, but BFIII is the best. I'm pretty sure it's one of these.

Am I the only one here that is actually excited for Lost Planet 3?... I loved the series, especially the coop online. So many great times with my friends on there! Hope Spark can prove themselves with this game!
As for Battlefront, I bet it is being developed internally or in secret. E3 will tell us for sure(as always) and I believe it will be there. We all need to realize that Battlefront isn't the cheapest game ever, as it forced FR to close. You also need to realize its a 7 year old franchise. LA probably wants to focus on the future, ex. the Kinect game and the MMO The Old Republic. If Battlefront were to be made, I bet it will be an MMOFPS, or similar to MAG for PS3. I bet they want to go over the top if they make it, with large scale battles and such, and they may even need to make a new engine for it, and that could be why it is taking so long. No one knows. Thats just what I think.
And don't blame Spark. Everybody read into their tweets and such WAY too deeply. They used referenced from Star Wars, yes, but that never meant it was a Star Wars game. Spark could just have been watching the movies and posted a quote from it. Hell, Spark also posted news from other games, and it didnt mean anything.
Also, its just a coincidence that Spark is VERY close to LucasArts. Thats just how it worked out. Didnt mean they are developing Battlefront at all.
Lastly, Lost Planet and Battlefront have MANY elements that are similar. 3rd Person, action/adventure, sci fi, etc. Plus, LP3 is 3rd person on foot, 1st Person in VS, so that is why the description in 1st/3rd Person.
PS: LP3 is supposed to be more like Dead Space(as mentioned), so that is why it is more horror this time.
Do some research people!

Spark shouldn't have been making any Star Wars references, plain and simple. People can defend them all they want by saying they were just a bystandard and all that, but they KNEW that people thought they were making it, and they did nothing to tell us otherwise. Yeah I realize that an NDA probably unabled them to even say "no we're not making that", but the references? saying how much they love watching Tuggie's videos? That just wasn't cool in my opinion, that did nothing but make us think they were making a Star Wars game.

While I don't like it either, it did kinda give them free PR. Just saying.
