What about the repercussions of the Internet? Are we all REALLY learning more, or is it some statistical plot to control our minds by making us have too many tabs than what we can actually handle!?(TV Tropes I'm looking at you!)

So I briefly touched on Eistein in history class when learning about the crazy time he lived in and the further explanation of his equation and thoughts interested me greatly.

The idea that nothing can happen simultaneously is amazingly simple and incredibly mind blowing (to my physics-void mind)!

So I have a shabby explanation I use to help myself understand time travel using the speed of light. Here it goes...

If I were to suddenly move at the speed of light to a star 1 light year away and survived a direct travel there and back I would be two years in the future to my relative perspective on time. This would be because when I arrive to the star I wouldn't be seen by Earth for an additional year. Upon arrival it would be 4 years later Earth time but only 2 years later for my time.

Now I'm sure this is incorrect because it doesn't make too much sense to me, so I'm looking for you (Sam) to tell me how to think proper. Thanks
