Yep, they didn't have a good relationship since they made Finest Hour.

Finest hour was 7 years ago. If Activision sees a business opportunity they'll take it over their dislike of a certain dev.

Not that I want to be right in this case, I just don't want CoD has a horrible surprise.

They have a sneak peak section now. I wonder of that's a hint that an announcement is approaching? If so, where would it be announced?

That sneak peek section was there for over a year or am I missing something.
Anyways, Spark said via twitter that the sneak peek section doesn't have anything to do with the announcement but it will have something to do with the project after the publisher announces it.

Both of those factors were unknown by me. Never mind then.

I hate to be a wet blanket but if their website has all the job listings under the correct projects, then Spark Unlimited is not making Battlefront 3 at all.

Under "Unannounced Project(1)" the job description for Lead Design and others says "This is an opportunity for you to have a hand in creating a bold new take on 3rd Person Action/Horror."

Under "Unannounced Project 2" the job description for Lead Animator and others says "This is an opportunity for you to have a hand in creating a bold new take on 3rd Person Action/Horror."

So if those are under the correct corresponding projects, then neither is Battlefront 3 and Spark is not making it.

You sure that they're not just for the 2nd project?

Spark is working on two games, one is sci-fi, the other is horror. All they are doing is hiring new people to work on their 2nd project. If all the jobs direct to the 2nd project then have they finished hiring for the first?

I doubt that they're done, but they wouldn't need a new lead designer if they're in full production. So I wouldn't worry about it.

Case in point: Sparks first game is sci fi, and well on it's way to being announced, and and They're second game is Action/Horror, looking for new leads as it enters pre-production.

It was an error on their part that all the jobs for both projects got jumbled together on both unannounced project pages. Battlefront 3 is still on.
