Fully paid off? You can lease games now

There is a problem though. Pandemic are still the developers for BF1, BF2, and they were debunked. So how would the new developer make a deal so that BF1 and 2 could be bundled with 3?

To continue my ability to post without typing...
Scott wrote:...It's not easy for a game developer to just take the old stuff and change it, especially to port it to new systems. Games that get that treatment are funded pretty well.
And that was with the original developer.

I agree, but they need the original material to even be able to make and maintain a game, without that it's theoretically impossible.

I'd rather have swb2 with all maps from 1 and 2 on nex gen (if they arent making 3 of course.

If you mean a total next gen overall that isn't going to happen because it is just as much to redo a game as it is to make a new one. If you just mean on a blur-ray disc, well that's what the concept of this thread was referring to.

This will not happen since Pandemic went under... and took ZeroEngine with them.
(If you don't know, ZeroEngine is the engine Pandemic used to make Star Wars:Battlefront and Battlefront II, as well as its predecessors - for instance Star Wars: The Clone Wars - and successors - such as Lord of the Rings Conquest)
No, while I'd like to see some revisiting of locations and locational references to previous BF games for BFIII, unless they want to basically convert the BF2 mod "Conversion Pack" to other platforms, best leave those games well alone.
