Are you going to want to make it a free pay site, or do you want to pay for updates or just getting it in general? Because you could go directly to phpBB, or to FreeForums, which uses phpBB.

I want it to be free and not the freeweb thing.

I can offer some webspace since I have lots of unused bandwidth and space but I can't offer domains because those cost extra. The only free URL I can offer is from one of my own domains,

crytekuk.info, timesplitters.info or godofgod.co.uk

I can also set up email and FTP if anyone wants it.

You could try FreeForums. They're pretty similar to this site.

Also my web-host has auto-installers for forums, so if you want some free forums under one of my domains, I can give it to you with no adverts at great ease.

In fact I can make a blank one in about one minute (Probably).

The last one I made stunk hopefully free forums would be better.
