Although I'm sure he'll also answer this also, it is because he has a fulltime job as well and doesn't get post on his personal site(s). It's us that make the forums what they are (for the most part) and I try to do whatever I can to help in his absense.

These are things such as the Chat Center, the upcoming breadcrumbs, and the other mods that are behind the scenes. I can NOT download them and is solely Ntros's responsibility.
