If only war were like that...although I guess there'd be more wars.

Taking a kit seems more reasonable but even then I like the idea of no weapon pick ups. Maybe have it as an option?

Guess it depends on how they try to make the game.

In America's Army, whichever class you choose when the battle starts is the class you have to stay with for the entire match. Something like that could probably work if they try to make the game more strategy oriented.

Other than that, taking the entire kit could work. But I do like the current system of only changing classes near a friendly CP

But hopefully BFIII won't be a ploy for George Lucas to recruit us to serve his army ;)

I say it would be grim if it happened. I don't serve Lucas.

You guys did get the America's Army joke though right? America's Army is to recruit people in the US army so if BF was like that...

That was made to recruit people?

They gave me a copy AFTER I joined. I pretty much laugh at it everytime I've played it, though.

I'm gunna assume that was a joke cause it doesn't come on a physical disc...

"i would like to see sbf3 take on a more realistic feel to it. maybe go in a COD direction. "
As long as it doesnt go into M -rated territory im agree with that statement.

Actually, it does. You can pick them up at any Army recruiting station.

maybe go in a COD direction.
I would personally walk into the nearest store and smash every copy of it with a hammer if that ever happened.

Really? That seems pointless...

Well, I guess it's easier then saying "Hey, go register on this website and fill out a bunch of crap, then wait a few years for the game to download and install."

Anyway, Call of Duty is by no means a bad game. However, that sort of gameplay would not fit Star Wars at all.
