E3 June 15-17 2010 Let's keep our hopes up at least until then. Maybe Santa will give us tha good stuff that we've been waiting for. So as to allow for maximum rocking out via one's member out. It would be really nice to see this thing not fall apart. Even though after the kotaku news I'm not sure why it was posted that there's good reason to believe otherwise. Lucasfarts is just really ignorant to our wishes. To what kicks ass, or even how to maintain a steady revenue stream. Lucas must have said something to them a while back. I always got the impression he did. He would never want to see his life's creation be boiled down to a simple third person shooter video game. I'm sure the original Battlefront 1&2 were only to inflate the prequels at the time anyway. It actually makes sense to do an online only battlefront. Because that way it takes away from any peripherall new or rehashed story. Focusing primarily on game play and whatever it is that slant six would do with game modes. Confrontation is my favorite game, I'm happy just waiting on socom 4 for now, but I'll never understand why we have had to endure this crap. Maybe all will be right and it will come out very soon and I can finally have what I've been missing all this time and we can have peace restored to the galaxy.

In response to anyone not in belief of BF3 not being released by the end of the year. Some of us really have nothing else that we can look forward too. There is apparent evidence of something being in existence, The server list. The E3 list, and the fact that it's been over 5 years since the last console installment of the game. They know we are here, they do recognize how we are feeling regarding the matter. They aren't, by default actually that stupid. If there was no BF3 on the way at all, there just might be someone from Lucas Arts on record as saying so officially. Many of us want BF3 more than anything else. Some of us are hanging on by a thread. If that's not commitment, I don't know what is. Just the fact that we post here is everything. So laugh if you want, make stupid comments if you want, but you know what? If that's your opinion, I'm not sure why your on here at all. Do any of you non-believers have anything you'd rather be doing? I didn't think so.

well the server thing could be fake, as someone else pointed out there was a code under ps3 that said something about PC instead. the E3 list was fake....more than half of that list was not revealed. heck Kingdom hearts 3, mass effect 3 ps3 exclusive... and the whole excuse of it being x amount of years since the last does not mean they are working on it. heck maybe this 5 yr absence is LA trying to tell us there is no 3rd instalment coming. the fact is LA is working on a lot of games. Both their lego SW and force unleashed games have been successful and there is a fan base to be had there. while for Battlefront 3 most of the casual fans have found something better while only the diehards, which believe it or not are few in numbers, remain. The market for BF3 is shrinking.

now dont get me wrong I just like others on this board all want BF3 to be announced only difference is that most of us understand reality and know that LA has bigger priorities then taking a chance with an old game franchise. Heck Republic commando was popular along with KOTOR and fans have been begging for those as well. but the problem is only the die hard fans have been beggng for it, the majority of the gaming community on the other hand is a different story.

which is why i said it "could" be fake =) or it can also be a typo or all run on the same server. fact is we dont know. so unless anything is confirmed by LA everything is just rumour and speculation and cant be taken for fact.

In response to your response. I've noticed several titles from the E3 list that have been announced after the fact. Such as James Bond Bloodstone, which was just announced today. Here's the video debut trailer link;

It's that cross referencing of now confirmed games that were on the list, which didn't seem likely that makes me think it's going to be announced shortly.

Maybe it's just the fact that I want the free redical version so badly that I don't mind hoping for anything that may have been in production since early 2009. That and the fact that I'm so utterly uninterested in this kynect battlefront swordplay project that I'd rather have false hope than hope for that junk.
