That would be a completely different story. No one is assuming that Spark is making a star wars games
just because of this T-shirt.
If BioWare was rumoured to be making a Zelda game and there was some evidance (E.g job descriptions, references and it matches the description) then it could be seen as more evidance. That's the situation we are in with Spark.

IMO
To my eyes, it's definitely a stormtrooper (white full body armor, distinctive pauldrons), and I believe this crosses the line between teasing (which John's done plenty of) and hinting. It's enough to bet on (not all in, of course).
