Being able to choose what you want as primary and secondary weapons. And unlock different armor parts through doing various things like example: Kill 20 droids with a lightsaber and unlock the shield generator the droidekas use or something.

I do agree with Scott though. I'd rather not see BF3 just a mod of some other game.

Well, to be honest, off in my pipe dreams of designing a Battlefront game. I thought having armor changes would be cool, but only on a very minor scale: like changing you're armor, face/helmet, extra thing like a kama or pauldron for stormtroopers [different for factions]. It's not spectacular, but it would allow players to camo units on endor (that was always a major problem sneaking past the rebels to capture a back command post).

If it's aesthetically and not effecting attributes than sure. As soon as it effects the actually wear of the armour I begin to protest.

Halo Reach is doing a good job with it. The Armor have bonuses to your character when you play.

Well that's the plan, maybe just a little less armor on the camoed armors to promote the use of others in city combat. (but that's not necessary.)

I think we all agree that armor abilities is a bad thing in BF3. Do we not?
