Considering how all these new "super-duper franchises" by LA turned out in these recent years,I cant really say we can expect anything that would live up to things like SWBF RC,XvT and JK.
But lets just hope its something that would appeal just as good as the stuff that came out during the Glory ...

Regardless,at this point and time I think LA has the time and resources to focus on their original IP like Republic Commando,SWBF,XvT and JK,if you take a look at the situation that is.

Regardless i don't think LA's internal developer group will work on an MMO,that's something dedicated developer teams are supposed to handle,but that's just my opinion.

The tease images on ptoponline looks believable but I just cant relate it to Free Radical's leak for swbf3,the leak video made it look a bit.....better.

SWTOR is being released this fall,maybe that's the "plan" between now and December?
Their gonna release alot of Old Republic-era media to go alongside the MMO like novels comics and perhaps source-books.
